The four apartments are arranged in a building dating back to the 15th century. Formerly a city wall and then a medieval social aid center, this building has withstood the ages, kingdoms, and floods.
It was finally restored and completed in 2024 by South Tyrolean architect Stefan Gamper.
During the building’s restoration, many original features were carefully preserved. Historic walls, some hand-carved, wooden beams, and stone structures were thoughtfully integrated into all four apartments, blending history with modern comfort.
